What version of Minecraft do I need?
Any version works. ChillSMP supports every recent Minecraft version on both Java and Bedrock Edition, so you can join with whatever you already play on.
Is ChillSMP free to play?
Yes. ChillSMP is a public Minecraft survival server with no whitelist and no application process. Anyone can hop on and start playing for free.
What are the two realms?
ChillSMP is one cozy survival server with two worlds to call home: the Chill Realm and the Bliss Realm. Join once and settle into whichever realm suits you - your progress lives on the same friendly network either way.
Is ChillSMP a friendly server?
That's the whole idea. ChillSMP is a laid-back, cozy community built for relaxed survival - a welcoming place to build, explore, and hang out without the pressure of a hardcore server.
Is griefing allowed?
No - griefing of any kind is against the rules, and land claiming keeps your builds protected on top of that. Your base is yours.
Do the worlds ever reset?
No. Neither realm resets - your builds, claims, and progress are permanent, so you can settle in for the long haul.
How does the economy work?
The economy is player-run - prices and trade come from real players buying and selling, not admin shops. You can follow live prices and trends right here on the Marketplace page.
Are mods required to play?
No - no mods are required. Everything is handled through a resource pack that loads automatically when you join.

ChillSMP is a free, public Minecraft survival server built around one idea: a cozy, friendly place to relax and play. It spans two survival realms - the Chill Realm and the Bliss Realm - with full Java and Bedrock crossplay and no whitelist. The community is laid back and welcoming: no griefing, no world resets, land claims to protect your builds, and an economy run entirely by players.
